Train

  • 60 minute training workout

  • The group circuit training workout will consist of a warmup, training blocks that include strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

  • Led by a certified trainer, every workout will meet you where you are, challenging you to bring your best. We offer modifications for every movement to ensure you have a safe, effective workout.

  • Equipment includes: Woodway Curve Trainers, Concept 2 Rower, Concept 2 Bike Erg, TRX suspension training straps, dumbbells,  and barbell /small-bar weight training     

Lift

  • Warm up, and move through a strength training workout

  • We’ll teach proper technique, and work on moving heavier loads to build muscle strength

  • Each workout will have a different focus and will go through 6-week training periodization (systematically alternating training cycles in order to improve strength, speed and endurance)

Mobility/Yoga

  • Stretch- a coach-led foam rolling and active stretch session to increase mobility, improve recovery, and decrease injury

  • Yoga - a hybrid class of Yin and Slow Flow

  • Senior workouts are offered in one-on-one or small group sessions

  • Workout are designed to:

    • Build strength

    • Improve endurance

    • Increase functional mobility

    • Improve balance
